Rating : - Broken before I could even use it!
I purchased this item from a retail store, brought it home and put it on the charger. A few hours later I picked it up to see how it looked and felt. I turned it on, noticed it was very noisy sounding for $50 electric razor, then I hit the button to raise the trimmer and it popped up, and out of place. I tried to get it to slide back down with no avail. I tossed it back int he box and returned it for a Norelco, which I am much more pleased with.
